3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Floral marigold and dandelion noe, moderately strong. Clear golden, medium head, nice lacing. Dandelion and honey flavor. Light body, no noticeable alcohol. Very nicely done. Drinks more like a nicely made golden ale than a pilsner, imperial or not. Probably the best of this Beer Camp set.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a golden color with a white head. Strong biscuit aroma, a touch of cracker, and lots of bread. A floral and lightly herbal hop profile, maybe a slight spiciness to it as well. The flavor is quite heavy on the sweetness. Bread, biscuit, and lots of cracker malt favors. There’s a nice floral hoppiness, some mild citrus peel, and a solid spicy hop flavor. Quite drinkable.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours clear golden yellow with a large white soapy head. The aroma has pils malt that is richer than normal, bready, spicy/grassy hops and some floralness not usually with the style - quite nice. Medium crispy bright body with frothy sharp carbonation. The flavor begins with clean pils malt, crackers, spicy hops and fresh cut grass. The finish adds a bit of sulfur. Quite nice pils.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355 mL bottle. Not sure why 5.6% is "Imperial," but whatever. Nice gold colour, but the white head disappears quickly. Has the pilsner malt/noble hop aroma, but not in an imperial sense. Same for the flavour. It’s just a solid pilsner.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, thanks to TheBeerGod. Sexy, Teutonic pour ... bright golden, beautifully energetic, with lively bubbles flying up to meet the white blanket topping. This drinks like the best Bohemian pilsners ... crisp, exceptionally clean, lightly biscuity, but topped with a snappy kissing of hops. Not sure about the "imperial" label, but a delicious but easy to drink (for anyone) beer! (#4742, 8/23/2012)

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled on tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty restrained, revealing grassy hops and grains. Flavour of grassy hops, very low malt intensity and some grains. Nice restrained hoppiness and dry on the palate. Very solid pils... but why is this called an "Imperial Pilsner" at 5.6%??
