COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Produced especially for the OBF, Beer Campís golden color and medium bodied sweetness comes from pale, Europils, Munich and acidulated malts. Magnum, Crystal and Pacifica hops provide a distinctly American bittering and hop flavor profile without going over the top. The result is a refreshing, balanced, crisp pilsner, easy to drink on a hot summer festival day - or to take with you to beer camp.

Sampled on 8/17/2012. This Imperial Pilsner pours a orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet with some orange and orange peel, touch of bread as well. A medium bodied Imperial Pils. The malts are bready, fruity and sweet. The hops are spicy and herbal. Nice carbonation. Big full round carbonation. Very nice beer. Mouthfeel is very full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Nose is grassy with some very grainy notes like hay. Palate is medium with a stickiness and a light bite. Flavors of grainy malt notes and grassy hops. Quite full of flavor and a big mouthfeel.

12 ounce from Beer Camp box. Sweet with nice citrus hops. Grassy. Well done for style.

This is by far my favorite of the 2012 beer camp sampler. Aroma is full of citrusy hops. Very little head. Taste is of hops, but not over poweringly bitter. Pilsnery malt shines through in balance with the bitterness. Very refreshing. Very nice beer.

Bottle - small foamy head, clear light gold color, balanced aroma and flavor, with citrusy hops and sweet light malt, very crisp, overall very good

Pours a opaque golden colour. Nice white head, quickly dissipating. Great fruity flavour, a nice crusty bready flavour on the backburners. Good carbonation. Overall a good pilsner, a little fruity for the style, reminds me more of an IPA.

12 oz. bottle from Beer Camp mix pack. Pours a clear gold with rocky, very frothy head. Nose holds spicy hops, touches of sourdough bread, rye, and some nice grassy bite. Flavor is much of the same, with interesting grainy dig to the flavor, more peppercorn and touches of hibiscus. Smooth, drinkable, pretty tasty.

Gold pour with a white head. Yeasty and grainy in the nose. Sweet and malty with some earthy hops. Nice little bite in the finish.

Clear, pale, golden with a big rocky off-white head. Lots of hops; aroma of citrus, earth, bread, grain, and flowers. It tastes moderately bitter, with a nice balance from the pale malt. Crisp, medium bodied, and moderately dry.
