Produced especially for the OBF, Beer Campís golden color and medium bodied sweetness comes from pale, Europils, Munich and acidulated malts. Magnum, Crystal and Pacifica hops provide a distinctly American bittering and hop flavor profile without going over the top. The result is a refreshing, balanced, crisp pilsner, easy to drink on a hot summer festival day - or to take with you to beer camp.

Aroma crisp with citrus hop , clean refreshing nose. Lacking alcohol side considering name. 7+
Appearance true golden look with large white snowy cap. Good appearance with neat lace on glass.
Flavor and Palate : Soft textured , golden malts. Slight mineral hints , slight note of alcohol. Bit dry on top end. Lacking some depth malt wise. Good not great. Not very Imperial either.

Bottle. Medium golden colour with a lasting tight white head. Aroma is very hoppy, perfumey and grassy. Light biscuit malt pairs well with floral green grassy hops. Very drinkable, absolutely awesome for patio sunshine days. Not getting the imperial designation though-- is it meant to imply that they hopped the shit out of it?

Bottle: † Vibrant golden, clear, lively carbonation, large frothy white head, nice lacing. † Pale grassy nose, not too bright, straw and hay as well. † Similar tongue, grasses, stray, hay, a touch of sweetness, smidgen of dryness. † Very clean, but it isnít too bright. † Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full. † Crisp finish. † Hops are very light, but compliment the grassy malts. † Very easy drinker.

8/7/12. 12oz bottle from Grassroots. Clear dark golden pour with a nice fluffy off-white head that fades but laces a ton. Giant aroma that packs floral aspects, grassiness, pils malt, hay, and sweetness. Sweet malty entry with pils malt, definite grassiness, floral flavors, and lingering dryness. Smooth and tasty!

12-oz. Pours a clear bright gold with a loose creamy white head. Intensely grassy nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toasty crackers and grass on the mid palate. Gets a little laundry-ish near the finish. Pretty good straight ahead pils, not sure whatís imperial about it. Could be a little crisper.
