3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12fl oz Bottle. Pours deep mahogany red with a small off white head. A light caramel/toffee aroma with a sweet passion fruit ting. Massive flavour hint as the beer rolls across the tongue. Straight up is the deep toffee/treacle and an assertive dry bitterness followed by a sweet tropical fruit. Wow almost as good as 8 Wiredís Tall Poppy.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a fairly clear dark reddish orange appearance with a tan head. Somewhat piney, a bit dank, slightly floral hoppy, caramel, citrusy aroma. Somewhat strong and a bit boozy, burnt caramel malty, earthy, spicy hoppy flavor that finishes a bit goopy and slightly strong. OK.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
this beer had a dark brown-red pour and gave a large off-white, light yellow, creamy head that lowered to a lasting cover with a good ring and some sticky lacing on the sides of the glass, the glass was filled with lots of single bubbling streams, the sides of the glass had streams of bubbles flowing up, the bottom of the bottle had a few small, thin spots of brown sediment that for the most part swirled away when the beer was poured,
there were aromas of toasted malt, caramel, faint bread and citrus hops, a little malt and brown sugar sweetness,
it had flavors of toasted malt, citrus hops, a little bread and nut with brown sugar sweetness, the finish had a hop bitterness that was a little less than medium but kept a nice balance of malt and bitterness on the mouth with toasted malt and brown sugar trailing,
the mouth feel was light to medium with a little creamy feel on the palate, it had average to lively carbonation on the tongue,
letting this beer warm up brought out the nose and flavor a bit, it was a nice drink.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Citrusy hops. Really quite malty & thick. Almost a Barley Wine, to my taste, or perhaps a Celebration Extra. Good bitterness.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from bottle out of Sierra Nevada mixed pack. Opaque rusted red in color with a thin but long lasting off white head. Strong earthy malt tastes with solid hop finish. Not getting much fruit others have tasted, good nonetheless.
