This IPA sacrifices nothing for its drinkability, flexing big time flavor and complexity. The light color disguises the depth of the malt backbone, a pillar that balances the potent whole-cones of the piney-citrus Cascade and tropical fruit-like Citra hops.

Pours clear golden copper with an off-white head. The aroma has pine, floral hops, toasty malt, cotton, caramel, cream and some fruitiness. It has a medium body with light husk and mild sharp abrasive carbonation. The flavor starts with earthy and pine hops, bone dry crackery malt, some spice, dry herbs and floral notes. The finish has lots of earthiness, tree-like traits and dry caramel malt. Solid IPA.

Bottle picked up at ’Jacks’ Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, 20 November 2013 consumed at home, Thursday 21st November 2013 Dark gold edging towards light amber with a white small bubbly medium head, slight haze but not much. Fuzzy bitterness rippling acoss my tongue, a little soapy hops perhaps but I like the citra and cascade combo’. Soft in mouth little zappy, big pithiness, really zipping about, great bittersweet balance, great beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Very nice IPA. Very bitter. Great aroma, silky texture. I wish I could find it in a 6-pack rather than having to buy a 12-pack mixer.

350ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold, with a white head. Hoppy, resiny aroma, apricot, spruce, caramel, mint, grapefruit, citrus, pine needles, quite herbal. Dry, medium bodied, mid to high bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy, herbal taste, resin, pine needles, floral notes, green tea, apricot, spruce, grass. Very drinkable, well balanced, quite astringent finish. (2013-11-23)

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, clear light copper pour with big foamy off white head, malt and pine aroma, forward taste is biscuity malts backed up with some delightful fresh hops of the pine and citrus variety, aggressively carbonated.

Supremely balanced between sweet biscuit malt and piney, herbaceous hops - big citra kick. Had the aroma been more assertive, I’d have rated it even higher.

I’m currently rating every SN brew I’ve ever had in one clean sweep. I grew up on the classic SN Pale having it around during high school, and since have watched SN grow into a national representation of incredible craft beer. Living 45 mins away is a treat for the random growler fill. Keep up the amazing work and thanks!

Medium statured off white head with good retention and plenty of sticky lacing. Surprisingly hazy, copper colored brew. nose is spicy and malty, little pencil shavings, almost seems a bit,, old?? Medium bodied, little oily with a tired carbonation. Stale, caramel malts, sorta sweet and some what worty. Lazy finish that,s malty and weak. Not one of their better camps i presume? Bottle from statelineliquors.
