Commercial Description:
Brewed using Rock Candi Sugar and an authentic Belgian Yeast Strain. The aromas are of coriander, banana and bubble gum. This is a very limited draft production offering as we do not consider ourselves a Belgian Style Brewery.

On tap at Monk’s in Philly. Gold w/ no bubbles but head is foamy/small bubbles that last long; aroma is SWEET and of bananas(Sierra?) Taste is sweet, very sugary (very Belgian); feel is smooth yet w/ a crisp snap of dryness in the finish.

Tap. This offering by Sierra made up for the last bad experience. Great offering. Very spicey, fruity, nice pour. Quite interesting.

Draft at Blind Tiger. Dusty, cloudy, piss yellow pour, with a very white head. (should I not be using words like "piss yellow" to describe a beer I like? ;). Very spicy, estery nose. Watermellon, papaya, marshmallow and cloves. Big bubblegum and clove in the taste, very hefe like but more fruit instead of wheat. Cinnamon, mango notes. Very boozy, and a bit off-style, but still quite tasty.

Draft at DRE. Medium gold with minimal white head. Citric, spicy aroma, with hints of coriander. Tastes lively and rather dry, bier de gardish, with floral, spicy, and citric flavors, including lemongrassy yeast, some coriander, and some floral berry notes. Decent complexity.
