closey22 (30), Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA Oct 26, 2007 On tap at Monk’s in Philly. Gold w/ no bubbles but head is foamy/small bubbles that last long; aroma is SWEET and of bananas(Sierra?) Taste is sweet, very sugary (very Belgian); feel is smooth yet w/ a crisp snap of dryness in the finish. mkobes (2045), paramus, New Jersey, USA Sep 23, 2007 Deep golden in color with a nice white head. Yeasty coriander aroma. Hoppy notes. Malty flowery spicy flavor. Coriander orange peel notes. Crisp tasting. Very spicy. Finish is yeasty. Medium bodied. Nice. UofFkid (108), Orlando, Florida, USA May 25, 2007 Tap. This offering by Sierra made up for the last bad experience. Great offering. Very spicey, fruity, nice pour. Quite interesting. puzzl (1901), New York, New York, USA May 20, 2007 Draft at Blind Tiger. Dusty, cloudy, piss yellow pour, with a very white head. (should I not be using words like "piss yellow" to describe a beer I like? ;). Very spicy, estery nose. Watermellon, papaya, marshmallow and cloves. Big bubblegum and clove in the taste, very hefe like but more fruit instead of wheat. Cinnamon, mango notes. Very boozy, and a bit off-style, but still quite tasty. DocLock (4175), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 12, 2007 Draft at DRE. Medium gold with minimal white head. Citric, spicy aroma, with hints of coriander. Tastes lively and rather dry, bier de gardish, with floral, spicy, and citric flavors, including lemongrassy yeast, some coriander, and some floral berry notes. Decent complexity.
