Golden brown with a thin white film. Fairly bland aroma with not much happening other than some slight fruity hops and that’s about it. Sherbert hop flavour with faint tobacco and earthy malt. Decent citric notes but again not much happening. Dry and slightly bitter finish. Too safe and lacking character.

Jul 9, 2008 On tap at the White Horse, Parsons Green, 4th July 2008. Clear straw gold in colour with a soft, doughy aroma. Nicely understated. Light and drinkable with a subtle, dry hop finish. I really liked this despite myself. It’s less gassy and nicer tasting than lager.

Oct 8, 2007 this is a blonde ale from SN that is normally availble on tap in winter. i’ve had this twice and where you can find this beer you can find better ones too.

Aug 25, 2007 Tap at Blind Tiger. Vegetal, grassy, chicken stock aroma. Little head, very clear pour, pale yellow. Grass, pine, planty taste. Biscuit and minerals. Balanced and drinkable. Very good.
