COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Thankfully this malt-forward creature isn’t elusive. First surfacing are notes of its yeast spice, which vividly recalls cinnamon, followed by a core of rich fruit—fresh jam or apple pie right from the oven. This brew won’t fill you up like a hearty dessert, though; it just might beg for an ice cream counterpart.

Draught at Nya Tröls, Malmö
Amber color with creamy head. Fruity cereals aroma, somehow soya sauce too. The mouthfeel is smooth; the flavor too focuses on the cereals, a bit too evident; ordinary bitterness.

Tasted on 11/6/2013 at the Sierra Nevada Taproom. This bock pours a medium orange amber color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is malty and fruity, bready and sweet. With some spice and cinnamon. A medium bodied bock. The malts are bready and sweet, fruity and cereal. The hops are herbal and earthy. Good balance. Nice carbonation. Nice balance between the caramel, bread and sweetness, with a touch of spice, apple and cinnamon. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
