On tap at Collins Pub. Pours orange gold with minimal head. Aromas of spruce, florals, and caramel in the background. Tastes of spicy hops, floral hops, citrus peel.

Pours hazy, amber/brown from the 12 oz. bottle: With a nose of pine, SN stays true to the wintery theme. Lively spices throughout the mouthfeel coupled with juniper berries. Not as earthy/grassy as other IPAs, but then who would want "grassy" beer for Xmas? Drinkability: Quite good, but maybe a little too hyped up. Rebuy: Yeah. #208 on 21112009, DG.

Bottle. Pours nice amber color with small amber head. Very clean floral aroma. Hops is obvious in the taste, but in a good way. I prefer this style of beer and this one did not let down. I taste a hint of lemon and other citrus undertones. Finishes nice.

From a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours with a TON of white, pillowy head that sticks around long after it’s poured. Smells of very floral hops with a bit of orange and lemon. Taste is of floral hops with pretty much every other hop flavor mixed in, pine, grass, orange, lemon and some grass. It’s a very light flavor for an IPA with just enough malt to keep it from being a total hop bomb. Mouthfeel is also light and smooth. This is a very drinkable IPA with both a light taste and feel. This is now one of my favorite IPAs of all time. With the price that SN sells this for, it’s an unequivocal winner!

Had on tap at Mudville 9. Pretty solid IPA. Poured a copper-red with a fine, white head. Nose of citrusy hops and light malts. Flavor rife with hops, of medium bitterness. Medium bodied with a sharp, lip-smacking finish.

This comes in a bottle that looks as if Thomas Kinkade painted it. Medium golden/orange color with a slight head. Aroma is of hops, slight citrus, and a little nuttyness. Taste is of floral hops and some citrus. Has a nice little bite in the end. Refreshing.

From the 12 fl. oz. highly festive looking bottle marked 9272110-55. It pours a handsome looking copper-amber with about a 3/4 inch frothy beige head. Good lacing. The aroma is well-hopped with a berry-type scent in the mix. The nouthfeel is medium-heavy. The taste has a good amount of hops in the recipe along with a noticeable berry flavor. More like an IPA than a spicy holiday mix. Pretty decent.

Bottle, thanks to brother Eric. Pours cloudy orange with minimal head. Nose is surprising fresh orange hops and slight spices. Flavor is orange/citrus hops, smooth and balanced. Full flavor and mouthfeel, a little dry at times, not bad at all.
