Feb 27, 2009 Classic Sierra Nevada hop smell on top. Looks beautiful as an IPA. Great complex flavor. Not overwhelming hops. Stays on my tounge for a long time. It’s nice.

Feb 22, 2009 2008 bottling. Poured a hazy orange-amber with a tan head. Floral, citrusy hop aroma. Slightly thick on the palate, with a slight astringency on the tongue.
Flavor was mostly of hops, with some lingering spice notes. Good overall.

Feb 18, 2009 On tap at Ashley’s in Ann Arbor. Pours a deep golden amber color. Nice aroma big of hops and a winter spice combination. Taste is big hops, little malt flavor. Nice macro IPA.

Feb 17, 2009 12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange to brown with a dense, creamy and slowly collapsing off-white head. Sweet caramel and pinewood hoppy to grapefruity hops aroma. Sweet, dense caramel flavoured base with a distinct grapefruity hops note swept through. Mild pinewood hops note. Medium dry and slight wooden to solid bitter dry finish. Good body and nice balance.
