Dec 8, 2008 An amber beer with a hoppy nose. Decent balance with somewhat overpowering hoppy flavor. Cascade piney bitter floralness.

Dec 8, 2008 Dark amber pour with a moderate tan head. Huge hops aroma with some tasted malt and spice. The hop flavor is bigger than expected and the viscosity thicker than than expected as well. Heavy lingering finish and it seems to have a bigger ABV than the listed 6.8. Excellent brew.

Dec 8, 2008 2008 Edition. Amber pour with tan-ish head. Hoppy aroma with some hint of seasonal spices. Flavor of hops and some bitterness in the aftertaste. Mediocre compared to some of the IPAs I have had.

Amber with one-half inch of off-white head. Good amount of lacings.
Aroma is floral hops.
Taste is bitter citrus hops, caramel malts, some leather, trace of butter, and a dry bitter finish.
Not very sessionable at 6.8% abv but very nice beer overall.

Dec 7, 2008 Draft. Copper color with little white head. Aroma is citrus hops. Flavor is mostly citrus hops, slight maltiness to balance it out. Finish is bitter hops with citrus notes throughout.

Dec 7, 2008 Pours orange-yellow with aroma of citrus, pepper/ spice, and noticeable grapefruit. Flavor is same with a belly of malt and hops. Finish is lingering citrus hops. I was not expecting a Christmas IPA, but hey, not bad.
