Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale

Was very good hints a spice, hop and pine yet nott my ideal definition of an IPA. It was allittle watery for my taste.

2008 Bottle - Pours amber with a large head...aroma is mostly pine, slight grain, flavour is also piney, with a bit of toffee on the back end, wheres the malt?...not at all balanced, still a good beer..

Taste 11/8, Bottle 2008. Looks:Clear malty amber. Thick lather on top. Aroma: Nice grapefruit and pine. Taste: Nice strong hops with a balanced malt. Spicy, clear bodied IPA. Should be a year round beer for this company in my opinion.

2005 bottle. Drank in 06. Poured golden amber with soft head. Smelled piney, sweet, and spicy. Tasted very piney, bitter, but balanced out by a carmely sweet malt flavor. Some spices are very present, also some roast grains.

From a 12 oz bottle purchased locally. A deep gold, almost amber with a rocky off-white head about an inch. Crystal clear. Aroma is full of American hops, grapefruit and pine. Bitter, but balanced. Malt is toasty and grainy. Hop flavor is again full of grapefruit and pine note. Medium bodied, not too carbonated. Balanced, smooth, easy drinking and very tasty.

’07 Golden amber, hoppy & sweet, piney, citrus, spicey, little caramel, slight bitter finish.

Crushed with Jakebra. Very nice. Hops and awesomeness. A appropriate dichotomy: two pours and different colors, but still a great success.

Pours a golden amber color with a full white head that foams full upon the initial pour. Floral aroma with a good amount of hops. Taste of sweet bitter hops, which I was surprised for a winter beer.
