Bottled 350ml. Vintage 2007. 6.8 ABV. Wonderful strong nose with all the typical IPA characteristics. Hints of quinces in both nose and taste. Wonderful hop profile. Outstandingly pleasant. Perfectly balanced. Thanks a lot bov - I find this beer excellent. I enjoyed it a huge lot.

2007 version. Poured a golden hazy color with minimal head. Aroma was malt and hops. The flavor was dominated by the hops. Not being a hop-head, this wasn’t really up my alley.

Bottle. Poured a clear gold/red with a very thin, almost non-existent, white head. Aroma was grapefruit and some oranges. Flavor had a pretty good malt base, with a citrus, bitter finish. A medium body with a crisp/clean mouthfeel and good carbonation. Good beer.

Pours like a saison from the bottle with gorgeous tan lacing, but smells like an IPA for sure. Loaded with hops and notes of raspberry and green grapes. I’m not a fan of IPAs, but found this brew highly drinkable.

Mmmm...bitter but not specifically so. Unimpressed with this brewery. Where a microbrewery meets corporate success.

30.08.2008, 0,35l, Bottle. 2007 edition, BB 0810/08A. Golden amber colour with some haze. The beer has almost no head, but it is lively carbonated. Malt and citrus aroma, or is it orange? The bitter hops dominate the aftertaste.

Super-dee-duper. Bottle from Wally’s in Westwood. Easily the prettiest IPA I have ever encountered: a deep mahogany readies one for a much more alien beer. A blast of sweet hops (alphas?), apple, cranberry peel greet the mouth upon consumption. A beer whose very existence demands celebration.

Clear amber pour, good whitish head. Malty, hop aromas let you know what to expect. A little bitey, but finishes clean. Kind of like a good version of their pale.
