Jan 21, 2008 12 oz bottle pours copper with an off white head. Aroma is of hops. Flavor is of citrus hops and some sweet caramel malts. One of my favorite IPAs. I wish it was available year round.

Jan 20, 2008 draft at Boxers cafe Huntingdon: aroma was characteristic of SN with loads of citrus especially grapefruit and some earthiness. Came of the tap an amber color with 2 fingers of thick head that stayed a float throughout drinking the beer. Flavor was grapefruit, but not quite clean, some dicetyl (sp?) on the aftertaste. clean medium palate. could have been much better.

Jan 19, 2008 2007 bottle. Ruby/copper colour with a thin white film on top; good lacing. Aroma is evergreen pine and hop. Flavour is more pink grapefruit, hops and a nice clean finish. No harsh bitterness at all.

Jan 19, 2008 2007 version on tap was a very good well hopped IPA. Good head and lacing. Dark copper color and a nice fruity aroma and a well balanced body. Not too mild and not too bitter. Top notch.
