Dark amber colour with a large fluffy head. Aroma of citrus, some fruitiness and with a hint of roasted caramel. Taste of hops with a superb character with pine and steady, even bitterness that stays around. A delectable beer with a smooth mouth feel a slight sting of bitterness in the aftertaste.

A - Pours a hazy amber copper. A rocky 2 finger off-white head retains very well. S - Woody pine forest, fresh pine needles, orange and grapefruit citrus, strawberries, doughy caramel malt. T - Citrus hits first and is more pronounced than the aroma lets on. Green pine cone hops come in and add some herbal bite along with earthy strawberries along a honey caramel malt. M - Very creamy medium body with moderate carbonation. I look forward to this every year and never disappoints. Serving type: bottle 12-05-2010

Beautiful cloudy amber with a thin yet creamy head. A delicate citrus and pine nose with a hint of burnt caramel. Slightly more aggressive front palate of pine and lovely fresh hops leads into a small amount of malty sweetness. A long dry, yet balanced end. Nice ipa without being too ’out there’ or overly aggressive
