Draft @ Sierra Tap House. Pours a clear, bright and bold yellow color; fluffy white head with good retention and sticky fine-bubbled lacing; a nice pour aside from the lightness. Decently present aroma of sugar, honey, and citrus bitterness; nicely toasty and dry. Nicely crisp, medium mouthfeel: toastiness, basic sugar and a touch of honey; minimal weizen character; just a basic, crisp, drinkable beer with solid mineral hoppiness; and honey. Lasting mineral bitterness in the finish; nicely dry.

Draft at the California Brewers Festival. Gold with a white, lacing head. Medium body, strong carbonation. Flavor is biscuit and noble hop, with just a mild touch of banana ester. Tastey.

Tap at RNH. Clear pale golden beer. Thin white head. The aroma is lightly wheaty. There is a bit of light lemon and a touch of earthy spicy hops. Nice enough for the summer although it’s pretty damn light. Refreshing though.

Light yellow in color... Aroma of wheat malts... Flavor is of wheat, banana, with a crisp finish that leaves a nice wheat taste on the palate, much better than the summerfest and more complex.... Great beer, too bad it isn’t more commercially available instead of blue moon or shock top and other trash wheats like them...

On tap at RNH (NYC): Pale blonde pour, thin head. More of a feminine-style beer due to its tangy taste and light feel. Dangerously drinkable. #012 on 14062009, DG.

Tap at RNH, thanks Hacker. Pours a hazy orange body with an off white head. Light spices, wheat, hints of citrus and some light floral fruit character. Nice and session able.

Sampled @ Rattle n Hum for SN Week. Pours a pale yellow. Nose is difficult for me to pick up anything besides slight hop and wheat. Taste is light and body is watery. Easy to drink and smooth. Awesome lemon candy tang overtop some florals. I wish some more wheat or clove. Not terrible, but best reserved as a good alternative to lager on a hot day 2.85

Draft, at Blind Tiger (NYC) 8/30/08. Pours pale orange amber, capped with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, mild yeast, and crisp hops. Flavor is primarily wheat, with lemon and floral hops. Hops linger on the palate. Refreshing.
