COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our ESB blends the best of English tradition with the boldness of West Coast style. A blend of malts featuring British-grown Maris Otter is balanced with the earthy spiciness of hand-selected English and US hops. The ale is left unfiltered which enhances mouthfeel and hop aroma creating a slightly reddish copper hue.

This beer is quite light. It is thin and though can pour with a large head, dies down before too long. The flavour and palate are not overly complex, with a tinge of bittersweetness. Goes well with HARIBO Raspberries candies available at World Market. I’m surprised I’m only the 4th rater for this beer - must be brand new, eh.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2008 Bottle from BevMo. This brew pours a medium amber color with a small beige head. Nice floral aroma with a good mixture of hops. A tad yeasty as well. Nice spicy quality to go along with some hop bitterness. Bitter finish. Solid ESB.

I just saw it and picked it up. Solid ale; glad they kept it under 6% for us Alabama folks. Nice bitterness, almost club soda aftertaste. Highly recommended.

Wow, First rater, Surprising, but this beer did just come out today at my local beer store, Sam’s Blue Light. Pours an orange amber with a fizzywhite head that lasts. Aroma displays a little sweet malt and some earthy bitter hops. Flavor is slightly bitter with an almost creamy mouthfeel. What’s with Sierra’s love for the English?
