CLEAN CRISPY EARTHY and hoppy. what can go wrong with that? this beer is mildly malty and really just clean with a lingering bitterness that is strong and just a tad sweet. toasty and fresh fresh fresh flowery citrus brew is an amped up pilsner to the max (without going overboard by an inch) are not we all discovering that NO ONE has got anything on sierra nevada PERIOD

Nov 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours a rich copper color with slight off white head. Smells hoppy and sweet. Tastes like bread grains, sweet malts, bittersweet hops, a little sugary. Very good.

Rich, malty beer, full of grainy flavour. Ending up in a dry, well hopped finish. Very nice.

Oct 23, 2008 Copper colour and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is mainly sweet, hoppy notes. Flavor starts lightly sweet and finish moderate bitter. Dry texture.

Oct 15, 2008 Bottle at EBF. Hazy golden, small fizzy head. Cookie like, honeyish nose, little sulphur and hops. Clean malty flavor, fruity hops, yeast. Quite boring, sterile bitter. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation.
