phishpond417 (1162), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jul 21, 2008 Another nice one from Sierra Nevada: Pours a clear bright copper colour with a beige head. Aroma is funny- semi sweet-semi floral- not sure what it is, but its unique. Taste however is nothing special, but still enjoyable, Soft citrus fruit, with wheat flavor. rader58 (23), Leawood, Kansas, USA Jul 19, 2008 Pours to a red copper. Spicy hops aroma. A bitter hops initial flavor with a sweet finish. Very balanced. The sweet is not too overbearing. checkmatei1 (222), Willow Grove, USA Jul 16, 2008 Draft: Poured an orange color with not much head. The aroma was of pine citrus and hops. The flavor was a little bit extra, a little bit special and a little bit bitter. Overall, a decent beer that reminds me more of a double IPA and ESB, but good. HenrikSoegaard (2914), Randers, Denmark Jul 16, 2008 Bottle. Creamy off-white good fully lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Slightly grassy. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish.Oily palate. Nice ESB. DA (2280), Portland, Oregon City, Oregon, USA Jul 14, 2008 From the bottle pours soft golden amber with a small white head. Toasty cereal notes up front, soft chocolate and some citrus and tropical fruit to the hops. Finish is earthy but crisp, with a dry bready flavor that sits back under the hops.
