Pleasing earthy malt aroma with caramel and cookie tones, plus light spicy hops. Flavor takes on a fruity malt character with tea-like elements. Semi-sweet with a moderately bitter finish. Very subdued and quaffable. The malt profile carries this beer pretty far, but a nice emergent hop character slowly fills in as well.

Aroma is mainly sweet, hoppy notes. Flavor starts lightly sweet and finish moderate bitter. Dry texture. austone (579), Turku; Pori, Finland Oct 15, 2008 Bottle at EBF. Hazy golden, small fizzy head. Cookie like, honeyish nose, little sulphur and hops. Clean malty flavor, fruity hops, yeast. Quite boring, sterile bitter. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation.
