Well I had a yeast strand that looked like a Gulper eel as it was bouncing around from the carbonation. Once I broke that up this orange color beer became slightly cloudy with a lasting head. Well other than their APA I have found their IPA, Harvest, and this to have an odd and distasteful hop profile. The whole English/West coast thing is not working with a musty citrus taste. Finish is dry and metallic. This did not work for me at all.

Nov 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours a rich copper color with slight off white head. Smells hoppy and sweet. Tastes like bread grains, sweet malts, bittersweet hops, a little sugary. Very good.

Rich, malty beer, full of grainy flavour. Ending up in a dry, well hopped finish. Very nice.

Oct 23, 2008 Copper colour and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is mainly sweet, hoppy notes. Flavor starts lightly sweet and finish moderate bitter. Dry texture.

Oct 15, 2008 Bottle at EBF. Hazy golden, small fizzy head. Cookie like, honeyish nose, little sulphur and hops. Clean malty flavor, fruity hops, yeast. Quite boring, sterile bitter. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation.
