4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle - Golden orange pour with great head. Aroma is mostly of sweet toasted barley. Flavor is like aroma with sweetness from the barley up front and hops in the back. Was expecting more hops and not as much much barley sweetness, but still a good beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured into a pint glass out of a 750ml bottle.
Pours a clear dark copper with a thick foamy off-white head. Outstanding head retention with equally good lacing.
Aroma is understate but full of dank hops with plenty of piney notes. Just a touch of grapefruit stuck in there.
The flavor is nearly all hops up front with plenty of spiciness along with resiny pine. There are some touches of tropical fruit but they are more understated. A good malt base with a little bit of roast and biscuit. Bitterness is quite high and lingers long after a slightly sticky finish.
Overall, a very good beer but it stops short of being outstanding. I love the fact that it is a wet hop ale and all the ingredients were grown on site.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy copper with thin lasting white head. Aroma is dank hops, malty sweetness, and mild citrus. Taste is similar - maltiness, dank hops and spiciness. Slightly lingering vegetal taste that isn't ideal. Med body. Overall decent.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
From 22 oz. bottle poured to sampling glass. The scent of Estate is of hops and rich citrus. This ale has a tan and yellow tint with a large billowy white head and total cover lacing. The taste is lightly sweet with a solid medium bitterness. On the tongue Estate is a medium body beer with fizzy carbonation and a good long spicy finish. A very enjoyable beer made with care and a ton of thought - nice job!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Excellent from the get-go, mellow, soft hoppy aroma with a nice billowing head, clear amber body, lots of sticky lacing. Resinous hop flavor, not too much, not too little, just perfect.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
22 oz bottle poured into chalice. Aroma of hops, malts, a little barley and some slight citrus notes. Pours an amber brown with a thick fluffy tan head that dissipates slowly. Very very smooth with a somewhat complexity. Very fresh tasting, hoppy, malty, citrusy with a slight bitterness to it. Surprised at how good this was.

Bottle. Copper. Pine, earthy aroma. The taste adds biscuits, toast, spices of rue and black pepper, sweet citrus and roasted barley. Rich bitterness on the feel with a sticky texture. Awesome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Subtle pale malt aroma, notes of tea, light tannins, light sweetness - complex and hard to pin down the individual components, but the overall effect was very good. Good belgian-style bomber, good label. Tawny, clear beer with a tall, stiff tan head with good retention. Wow, finally an AIPA that isn’t trying to be a hyper-bittered, acid hop bomb. Bitter, but deftly done. Lemony, iced tea notes. Slippery mouthfeel with some effervescence. Bitterness starts to build in the aftertaste and the finish goes just slightly long. I could see this becoming a go-to beer. Proof Bottle Shop.
