COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Flipside Red IPA is a rebuttal to the mild-mannered beers of summer. Tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors from the use of whole-cone Citra, Simcoe and Centennial hops are the perfect notes for this in-between season.

Itís good... Pours amber w/ a decent head that dissipates to film. Aromas: caramel, cereal, nuts, spruce, and dough. Taste is pleasant although off balance (weighted to the bitter). Finish is more lingering bitter. Itís good enough to drink again but would not seek it out... meh.

This is spectacular! Something nice for one of those iffy days. Thereís a nice rye or something happening here. I really like it. This is great!

Six-pack from Big Red Liquor. Pours an amber color with an enormous off-white head with great retention. Lots of coppery malts and subtle floral notes on the nose. The flavor is a solid balance between malt and hop with hits of bread, dough, perfume, resin, citrus, and subtle toffee. Medium/full carbonation and full body. Excellent. Possibly my new favorite by this brewery.

Bottle to shaker glass. Pours deep amber/orange, two finger billowy head, very nice lacing. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel and nuts. Taste is perfectly balanced between the malt sweetness and the aggressive hops. Medium body, average carbonation, creamy mouth feel. Finishes bitter sweet with notes of roasted malts, caramel, herbs, mango and plum. Very nice beer!

Pours brown/red with a nice off white head. Aroma is initially grapefruit, then the malt comes in with a hearty dose of what resembles an amber. Flavor follows through with aroma. Very citrusy with a hefty caramel malt. Mesium body, dry finish.very flavorful

Bottle. First sip I was unsure, but this is solid. Nice hoppy start with the malty finish.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber with a slight red hue. Aroma: Nice citra hop aroma. Bready malts. Banana. Taste: The centennial hops stand out. About mid-way between their Pale Ale and Torpedo in that respect. Malt is present but not balanced with the hops well. The malt flavor is both bready and sweet. Overall: This beer is good, but Iím not sure what to make of it.

Alright, I purchased a twelve fluid ounce bottle of this at the Metro Center Krogers on Kennard Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio - This one filled my Westfest mug with nicedark mahogany hued brew that had a slightly off-white. finely bubbled foam head and a very hoppy aroma. Tastewise, it has strong body and kind of a roasted grapefruit flavor. Itís good.

Pours deep orange amber. Foamy, persistent off-white head and lace. Caramel, some spice, peppery finish. Slightly dry, even mild bitterness. I never go wrong with SN beers.
