COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foam is a German-style Pilsner, light bodied and easy drinking, yet loaded with flavor. Brewed with a mix of European and American malts, balanced by a spicy, and herbal hop kick. Brewed specifically for Phish festivals, Foam is a crisp and refreshing traditional pale gold lager beer. In the words of Phish— “I’m looking through, And it all would be, So crystal clear, If it wasn’t for the foam.” Great music, great beer, and good times.

4 oz draft sampler pours golden with a white head. Aroma of roasted malt, yeast and grains. Taste is the grain, malts and a hint of spice.

Foam is not entirely accurate here. This has more of a soda like feel to it. Not bad, but rather meh.

Ran into this on 9-1-12 Phish show in Denver. Total surprise, forgot this would be there ! Anyway, nice pilsner. Clear golden, hints of spicey hops in the aroma, mostly nice malty pils malt aroma. Taste was faint lemon on the tongue and the malty pils cracker flavor finishing on a hoppy faint peppery profile but very clean. Damn shame this isnt avail outside of phish shows enjoyable pils and an even more enjoyable concert !

Draft @ SN. Brilliantly clear golden yellow with a thin pure white head. Aroma is bread dough with a spicy/herbal hop character. Clean malty flavor with a medium hop bitterness and very clean yeast profile. Light body with active carbonation and a dry finish. Great beer.

On tap at Prohibition Pig. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Light grain and toast. Medium bodied, crisp grain, sweet and grainy. Light toast, grain. Grainy, sweet and light toast. Grain with a slow bitterness on the finish. Tasty and drinkable.

16 ounce pint - $5.25 at Taco Mac in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Appearance: Served a perfectly clear, lemon-hued body housing steady streams of effervescence underneath a fine, snow white head.

Smell: Pils malt yielding accents of dough, gently toasted grains while the hops bring notes of spice, peppery herbs, and mild citrus.

Taste: Grainy pilsner maltiness, lightly doughy, grainy, with just enough sweetness. Spicy, herbal, minutely citrusy hops with sufficient bitterness to perfectly balance things out. Finishes smooth yet crisp.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. A notch above medium carbonation for a pleasing crispness.

Overall: Very refreshing, very enjoyable. I couldn’t care less about Phish if I tried, but this was a nice pils, SN.

To be fair, I drank this after a dry stout, so it’s kind if hard to rate. Pretty refreshing, a golf course in the middle of summer would be a perfect venue.

Surprised to see this up on the board at Taco Mac. Awesome find. Crystal clear pour with a frothy, no wait foamy, white head. Aroma was crisp malt, grainy, bread, noble hops. Flavors were very straight forward and to the point. Crisp and light all around. Light bitter finish. Incredibly drinkable. Enjoyed this one very much. Damn near perfect for an outdoor fest.

Pours typical pilsner gold with small white head that disappears. Smells of grain and corn. Taste is of adjunct lager with a tad of citrus and noble pils. Palate is smooth and refreshing. Overall, not a bad beer for summertime, ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
