Pours almost clear yellow with a one finger white head that recedes to a light cap and doesn’t leave much lacing behind.
Aroma is grassy, noble hops, a hint floral, some bready/cracker malt. Good strength.
Flavor is grassy, noble hops, decent bit of light malt sweetness, decent bit of bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, a touch sticky, good carbonation.
Very nice Pilsner, Crisp, super easy drinking. Hoppy, but still balanced.

On tap at Pour house, sample courtesy of Vicky, pours a clear golden color w/ huge white head and medium lacing. Aromas of light hops, malt, refreshing and very clean tasting. Small amount of bitterness, very good pils.

Tap @ the brewery. Medium head with medium duration. Color is yellow. Aroma and taste are rich grass, straw, lavender notes, malt and hops.

On tap in a plastic cup. Pours amber with a lacy head. Aroma of pale and bread malts with citrusy hops and a little spice. Flavor the same, a little light on the hops. Average texture. An alright beer.

Draft at the Bader Field shows. Gold with a white head. Restrained flowery hops with a light grainy sweetness. Well balanced and very drinkable.

On draft at Bader Field. Poured hazy yellow with soapy head. Flavor of sweet corn malts, slightly grassy. Floral, mildly bitter finish. Kind of an astringent finish. Thin. Was hoping for more.

Draft at Bader Field, Pouurs a pale yellow with some head that wanes. Nose is malty notes with hoppy lime overtones, first sip is plesant and easy drinking sith nice mouth feel. decent dry finish of floral notes

Pours somewhat clear lemon color and bubbly. The aroma brings sweet, wheat crisp malt notes, light and pleasant for the style. Flavors of lightly crisp sweet crystal malts start, continue, and finish so smoothly on the. Palate. The subtle hop flavor helps round out the brew.

On tap at Churchkey. Served in a pilsner glass. Pours clear yellow-golden with a nice white head. Good retention and plenty of lacing. The nose carries a good dose of continental hops. A bit spicy with nice floral character. Delicate. Flavor has crisp malt underneath some biting hops. Good floral hop presence throughout. Very crisp and concise. A very well done pilsner.

Tap at CK. Good thing because I would never go to a Phish concert. Clear golden to straw pour. Weak head formation. Creamed corn DMS and diacetyl in the nose. Taste is suddy, soapy, and richer corn flakes and small oatmeal. Creamed corn DMS throughout. Typical raw, grain heavy, American prohibition style lager. Grits, corn, oatmeal. With decanting, diacetyl cleans up a bit. Less slick on the palate. Tangy and lemon heavy. Rich and refreshing. Like the Hip Helles, not sure if these off flavors are intentional or unintentional. DMS is a pretty common off flavor for cool fermentation. I liked it regardless.
