COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foam is a German-style Pilsner, light bodied and easy drinking, yet loaded with flavor. Brewed with a mix of European and American malts, balanced by a spicy, and herbal hop kick. Brewed specifically for Phish festivals, Foam is a crisp and refreshing traditional pale gold lager beer. In the words of Phish— “I’m looking through, And it all would be, So crystal clear, If it wasn’t for the foam.” Great music, great beer, and good times.

On tap at Cole’s. Served initially too cold, its true balance and flavour reveals itself as it warms to room temperature. Light yellow, and lacey, but yet spot on and so drinkable. Very good dinkability. Very good malting that adds to the mild but significant bitterness.

GABF 2011 - so excited for this - a lovely, fresh, dry and crisp pils - dry, crackery malt base serves the crisp, floral and grassy hops well - minimal sweetness and clean, lean maltiness throughout - finish is slightly peppery - just a flat out world class pils - kept going back for more - this isn’t in the regular line-up because?

Draught at Beer Run. Bright straw yellow pour with a generous foamy white head. Lightly sweet nose with bready notes and a nicely spicy and grassy hop character. Bready and grassy flavor with some toasted grain and super grassy hop profile. Dry and spicy palate.
