Pours a crisp pale golden with very foamy white head. Aroma of grassy and pine notes with a faint fruity sweetness. Flavor is completely unexpected. Pepper taste is prominent with a distinct blueberry flavor coming thru. Has a lingering bitterness that stays on the palate. Very interesting beer. Nothing extraordinary but still very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"Kind of excited about this one, but I’m not sure if I just don’t like this hop or if its something else. I got some floral notes and there’s more than ample bitterness, but instead of the berries and pepper promised I got skunk, in the nose and a little in the flavor. Enough to distract. Not a bad beer, but not all that great, either."

This one poured a bright light orange color with a white head. Aroma was of very green fresh picked resinous hops. Flavor was similar with mild caramel in the back. Soli.d

Slightly piney and resinous hop profile balanced well against slight fruity notes and sweeter medium malt body.

The newly developed 291 varietal hops used in this beer has intense floral and berry bouquet. Light to medium bodied mouth feel. It's strange but it's like I only feel the hops on my tongue and nowhere else in my mouth with their delicate bite.

24oz bottle. Pale color. White chunky foam, sexy lace. Aroma of skunky resin. Heavenly nose. Toasted grains, pale malts, and loads of hops smell. Sticky texture. Very bold, pale grains backbone. Citrus oil bitterness, lingering hops bite. Absolutely delicious. Finishes herbal & earthy. (4137)

Bottle from someplace in Brunswick, ME. Hazy gold with fluffy lasting white head and lace. Floral peppery aroma with some grapefruit and pine. Very mild fruity spicy sweetness hints of honey and peach with assertive woody piney grapefruit rind bitterness and extremely dry finish. Assertive carbo accentuates bitterness. Medium light. Very good.

Pours clear copper color with off white head. Biscuit malt aroma with some pine hops. Lightly sweet caramel malt flavor with some pine with moderate bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation. Not as good as previous versions.

Tap at Brew Kettle, not as enjoyable as everyone else seems to think, the pepper from the description i think is what kills this for me, I would call this an APA at least from how it tastes now.
