Svesse (2601), Hässelby, Sweden Jun 5, 2009 (Bottle, 2008 harvest) Amber colour with firm, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pine needles, orange peel, grapefruit and fresh hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with pine needles, resin, citrus peel, grapefruit, caramel and generous doses of fresh hops in a long bittersweet finish. Slightly above medium body. Lovely beer with a fresh and tasty hop character. troopie (851), USA Jun 3, 2009 Bottle. Poured orange with thick foamy white head. Very hoppy aroma, pine, citrus spice. Hopped flavour with a marmaladey note. Medium hop finish. Beardface (977), Eugene, Oregon, USA Jun 3, 2009 24 oz bottle from local grocery. Deep amber pour with 2 inch off white head. Aroma a good blend of caramel malt and grassy hops. Flavor much the same, possibly a little too muted for me. Earthy hop notes as well. Cavie (1318), Fort Worth, Texas, USA May 25, 2009 Fairly standard IPA in my opinion. I thought it was fairly well balanced and didn’t offend me. I had it right after the Torpedo though, and that was a difficult beer to live up to. The little Harvest tried though! drseusszb200 (187), Florida, USA May 25, 2009 poured amber with a big frothy head. smells like a sweet hoppy just cut grass. tastes sweet with pretty big hop finish. BroSpud (586), , Massachusetts, USA May 20, 2009 Large bottle. An excellent IPA from an excellent brewery. Very drinkable and full of hop goodness. More affordable than some of the other hop monster beers out there.
