This heavenly harvest ale pours a beautiful clear light amber color, with a thick hefty ivory head that stays for the finaly. The head gives off the aroma ofpine and citrus, a little sweetness from the malt is detectable. THe head leaves a nice thick ring lace after each delightful drink. THe flavor is a little hint of spicy hops but mainly dominated by fresh piney and freshly sqeezed citrus notes. It is smooth on the palate. Just wonderful. Thank the Lord for the hop harvest! phishpond417 (1914), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 17, 2008 Pretty tasty stuff, Lots of floral hops in the aroma. Tons of hop bitterness in the flavor. Lots of lace on the glass. The palate is very sharp, and of course this is not terribly well balanced, but seriously did it need to be? rustychiles (1018), Mesa, Arizona, USA

Aroma is hops, pine, citrus and malt. Flavor is fresh piney citrusy oily hoppy malty caramely goodness. Decent amount of caramel, malt and hop bittering in the finish. I really enjoy this series when it comes around every year and is fresh. Botnik (107), Carrollton, Texas, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 16, 2008 Updated: Oct 17, 20082008, 24oz bottle. I expected to be impressed, and I was. This one has spice and floral notes which place it above its siblings. I just finished a a side by side comparison between Wet Hop and Southern Hemisphere. Wet Hop Harvest is a bit spicier and darker copper. Southern Hemisphere is slightly hazy and a bit more citrus.
