4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is tropical fruit candy and grapefruit. Taste is pure hop resin and malt syrup. It ’s alcoholic and medicinal, but in a very good way with popping notes of various citrus fruits. $2.5/12oz

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle: Aroma is a floral citrus hop texture, lightly fruity, with no real malt notes. Appearance is a clear golden with a thick white head that lingers. Taste has got a wonderful pungent hop texture a little bit of alcohol burn on the backend but overall a really nice big hoppy beer. Cheers!

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
From the Bottle 2012. Strong damp Pine/Pine Resin aroma with some Grapefruit Hops.
Oily mouth feel , not as sweet as I would of expected which is a good thing, Alcohol is present but not overbearing and doesn’t detract from the overall flavour. The bitter finish lingers nicely. One of the better DIPA’s I’ve tried recently

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Slightly hazy light amber pour with moderate foamy cream colored head. Big aroma of citrus and pine hops with some subtle grassy notes. Taste hits with a lot of bitterness initially followed by some fruity sweetness. Finishes off with a bit too much alcohol taste and warmth for my liking. Overall, a good DIPA. But not on par with some others such as Hopslam.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Strong sweet hop aroma. Clear orange color with a medium off white head. Initially sweet developing a pine hop middle and finish. Alcohol comes through mildly in the end.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle (4-pack) poured into a goblet. Head is white, very thin, atop an orange amber beer. Aromas are complex of floral, piney, earthy hops and no perceptible grain or malt. Flavors are similar to aroma. Beer has a decent carbonation, chewy, sticky mouthfeel. Alcohol is warming, but not hot. Very drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JAN 13, 2013 Very clear, bright orange pour, nice amount of head. Nice hoppy aroma. Pine, oil, some fruitiness, and grass. Very oily taste and texture. Obviously very fresh hops were used but its too oily for my taste. Getting a little pine and grass too. I’m going to let my other bottles sit for a bit in the hops that the oilyness fades a bit. Will re-rate if it changes. 1/13/13 re-rate - This beer gets a tad better with some age but I still think it’s a bit overrated.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
12oz bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a clear almost peach color with a thin bit of white head. Aroma is strongly citrus hops. Lots of orange and grapefruit. Taste is medium-heavy bitter and light sweet. Grapefruit and orange with a dash of honey. Full bodied with a creamy yet oily texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, awesome. I could drink this every day!
