Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume - flowers, pine, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111022]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, hops, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, straw, alcohol, fruits, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and some mild caramel as well. Flavour is caramel malts, fruity, floral and grassy hops along with some slight earthyness. Hides the abv rather well, and is very pleasantly balanced.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy pale amber, small head. Roch aroma where caramel meets grapefruit and resin. Sweet and full bodied. Dominated by sticky caramel, hops die out but still provide resiny bitterness. OK, no more.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy piney aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter piney grpaefruit flavor. Has a frutiy malty hoppy bitter piney finish.

Cloudy amber color with small sized creamy head. The aroma is excellent, losing some freshness but acquiring some complexity: light earthyness, and cheesy yeast. Strong toffee flavor, and caramel, with light residual sweetness, and all the power of the 100 IBUs; the hops are very resiny; the final is a bit too caramelly and just a bit too bitter; in the end there is a light peppery and nettle touch.
Definitively it must be drunk fresh, but it’s still a good brew.

Hazy bright orange-amber color, with medium sized creamy head. Deep aroma of hops, hop cones, orangey resins, then followed by caramelized sugars. The mouthfeel is leaner than expected, still round and smooth; the toffee profile is excellent, drinkable, not chewy; immediately wrapped in a hop explosion, with wonderful resiny and fruity character; the moderate alcohol perception contributes to lacerate the mouth.
Fresh, wonderful.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, peach, pine, citrus, flowers and malt. Long bitter finish.
