Commercial Description:
Brewed using a blend of English malts. Magnum hops are used for the early hop addition, with Goldings for finishing and dry hopping. A very flavorful and hoppy ale.

A pretty standar, yet enjoyable IPA. Pour is an amber gold with a medium to small white head. Aroma of hops, a little sweet caramel malt, and grass. Flavor is bitter with a pretty good balance of malt and hops. Slightly bready.

pours a nice dark golden color with a nice whilte head. The head disappeared pretty fast for me but the remnants of it are clinging to the sides of my glass nicely. The aroma is malty with the hops coming on after. The flavor was dominated with bitter hops. I think it was alright tho. Overall, a decent average, maybe slightly above average brew.

fluffy head, light caramel color, not much of an aroma, little thin but for the alcohol very easy to drink, average

Reccomended by staff at Central Mkt, Austin. Amber/copper with orange head. Smells sweet. Tastes like caramel and malts. Very dry with robust hops. Pretty darn bitter.

Bottle. Aroma of bread, yeast and some hops. Flavor is also bready/yeasty and of bittering hops. It could use some more flavorful hops. Not a very good ipa.

Disappointing. Poured a grainy gold; smallish white head. Aroma was not very strong; aroma of bread, yeast, malt and some hops. Flavor was about the same; too bready for my taste, hop flavor not too good. Finish was bad.

Gold color with a medium head. Dry and dusty hop aroma. Hmmm... Borderline sour hop taste. Kinda... eww. Bland, dry malt taste.

2007 12oz bottle, with an amber-orangeish color, with a fluffy beige head, leaving laces, mild flowery hop nose, with some piney, grassy notes, with a faint coniferous accent, and a citrus fruity aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasted malt, flowery hop character, with some earthy piney accents, citrus hops note, a bit leafy, leading towards a floral hop bittering finish.
