Brewed using a blend of English malts. Magnum hops are used for the early hop addition, with Goldings for finishing and dry hopping. A very flavorful and hoppy ale.

A gusher. Pours with a hazy amber body with and off-white, fizzy head. Aroma of floral hops and caramel. Taste is sweet then bitter. Mouthfeel is fizzy and watery.

This was really an awesome beer! Poured a bottle in a pint glass. Thick, half inch head that left gorgeous lacing all the way down the glass. Golden amber color. Aroma was nice and hoppy, but not overpowering. It really smelled good! The taste was perfect. Very bitter, balanced by the right amount of malt flavor. A very clean, bitter finish that left the palate refreshed and wanting more. Just the right thickness and carbonation. Extremely drinkable brew.

Aroma is nice and hoppy perhaps with some malt too. The colour is copper and with a nice head. The flavor is too bitter without the complexity.

Bottle. Bronze beer with a smooth and strong white head. The aroma is roasted and toffee, and the flavour is very well hopped and bitter. Overall a great beer.

Very drinkable, magnums are great for bittering and Sierra nailed it with this one. Every other magnum based IPA i’ve had (including ones i’ve made) were imperial IPAs but this one goes to prove you can do it with a drinkable session beers.

Bottle. Middle of the road IPA. Not as hoppy as many IPA’s and is well balanced. Pretty nice overall but not amazing.

Bottle, Fly in the Loaf, Liverpool. Dark orange colour, disisipating off white lingering head. Aroma of piney hops and citrus. Full bodied malty flavour jostles with nice level of hopiness. Very smooth ansd satisfying. Could drink this all night. A great session beer and a fine examlpe of the genre.

On tap at Blind Tiger, poured a light mediom amber with a small yellowish head. Very nice mouthful with a with a slightly fruity, hoppy, nutty taste. Nice smooth finish that had me looking forward to my next sip. Nice tasting and interesting beer.
