Commercial Description:
Brewed using a blend of English malts. Magnum hops are used for the early hop addition, with Goldings for finishing and dry hopping. A very flavorful and hoppy ale.

Bottle. Pours reddish gold apple juice color with small, but rocky, white head. Lots of fast rising bubbles in the glass. The aroma is mostly grassy hops, with a bit of toast and just a hint of chemicals. The flavor has a great deal of toast and coarse grain. The hops are mostly bitter, without adding much floral/citrus/pine character, but the nondescript bitterness better accompanies these particular malts anyway. Nice, dry, earthy finish, but a subtle sweetness comes out in the aftertaste. Not too bad.

Clear orange/amber, medium white head. Citrus and floral hops are subtle in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a fine, light carbonation. Light caramel malt with some grapefruit and piney hop flavors that lead to a dry, bitter finish. I was expecting bigger hops given the character of SNPA.

Bottle. Pours a clear light copper with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly, just hanging on the ege of the glass. The aroma is earthy but not overpowering. It has a sweetness upfront and a hoppiness reminscent of the classic SNPA, but with a more dry and not incredibly bitter finish. Thin and carbonated it lacked body.

Candy floss scent with hints of rose wine and coriander, no head which disappeared immediately, a orange, no, rose colour in appearance with a moderate kick and a long finish makes this my first and therefore favorite IPA

Amber with a fine head. Sweet caramel aroma with some weak hops. The flavours are more malty than hoppy to begin with, sweet and bicuit-like. Then the bitterness starts kicking in toward the dry end.

Amber of color with an off white head. An aroma of hops, grape and malt. A flavor of grass, grape and notes of malt.

Bottle: Pours a clear, lighter gold with a medium white head. Malt and floral hops in the nose, taste is smooth up front and lots of floral hops in the tail. Some fruitiness, floral, and earth tones. Crisp, lingering hops finish.
