Commercial Description:
Brewed using a blend of English malts. Magnum hops are used for the early hop addition, with Goldings for finishing and dry hopping. A very flavorful and hoppy ale.

On tap: pours a clear golden bronze with a half inch of head. Nose has fair amount of hops. The flavor shows a bitter hop side while also allowing room for a slittle sweet malt to share the spot light. Would love to see this stuff bottled.

Keg:Pours to a huge creamy and very dense off-white head atop a deep amber colored body. Awesome lacing. The flavor is very fresh and crisp. Malty and hoppy. Bitter PNW hops. Toasted malts. The beer has a clean, medium-bodied mouthfeel, light-medium bitterness. The aroma is muddled amongst the surroundings. A very good IPA. Amarillo hops?

Golden to amber with a small orange head. Malts acctually dominate the aroma, with a nice caramel sweetness and underlying notes of grass and hobs. Some creamy fruity notes aswell, pineapple prolly. Flavor is pretty wellbalanced, juicy sweet notes and a definate dry and very bitter finish that lingers on for quite awhile, and leaves your tongue completly pale. Wonderfull

2006 bottle. A dark IPA, copper color. nice floral aroma. Plenty of bouncy malts to start, and plenty more hops to finish. Very good.

Bottle from Beers of Europe Great hoppy aroma was the first thing I noticed from this lovely looking amber beer. The aroma intrigued me I thought it was quite grapefruity and piney at first and was expecting a massive hoppy hit much like a Simcoe, but this was really well balanced great bitterness and hops but also really enjoyable and a very good stab at the style, could easily drink 2-3 of these and not get bored.
