3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours golden orange with frothy off white head. Nice aroma of pine and a crispness. Initial bitterness that leads into a slightly malty balanced with pine hop flavor. Not a ton of flavor. Would classify it as a bitter pale ale rather than a session IPA.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle-Friday Night Flights @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light amber with a white rim head and a star field of lace dots. Taste is light caramel malt that takes a direct hit from carbonation on the swallow, then settles into a finish that includes light floral hops. Heavy on the carbonation. Otherwise, the malt and hops are solid.

Bottle. Clear, golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, raw grain, bread, floral hops, citrus. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A bit grainy on the nose and in the mouth, but still fairly clean. Easy drinking.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with low white head. Aroma with notes of fruit, citrus, bread and zest. Taste is slightly bitter but soon followed by a dank sweet sensation leading to a nicely bitter finish. Too light and too much wash rag feel.

Nooner IPA is a honey golden beer hazy beer with a fine head of small white bubbles. Nose is of pine hops and a decent amount of malts. Taste is crisp and light with a good amount of pine bitters. Body is lively. Pretty much a light IPA. An all around solid, drinkable beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
A: Pours a clear golden color. The head is three fingers high, eggshell in shade, and very sudsy in texture. Retention is pretty good, too. As the head fades, some minor patches of lacing are left behind.
S: It smells much like Iíd expect a hoppy ale from SN to smell like - that is to say, itís loaded with floral, piny hops - but there also seems to be an increased hint of lemongrass compared to others. Malts are faint. Apart from a touch of soap, the aroma is very good in general.
T: Itís bitter right from the start, with a strong lemongrass flavor. There are a faint touch of crackery malts to finish it off, and MAYBE a dusting of grapefruit as well. All in all, very simplistic, even for a 4.8% beer.
M: This beer is really light - duh - and dry. Since the bitterness is front-loaded on the palate, it doesnít have a particularly harsh finish. In fact, itís kind of creamy. Itís not the most effortless drinker, but it feels good in the mouth.
O: Not bad. Having said that, itís rather bland. A truly great session IPA/hoppy blonde can mask its low strength quite well - the only thing this does to betray that is the creamy mouthfeel. Worth a try, but I wouldnít buy six packs of the stuff.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From memory, I really enjoyed this, bottle pour to pint glass. Bright citrus and grassiness. Iíd like a lot of session IPAs to end up like this. It was definitely drinkable. Not too bitter, definitely well done.
