COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nooner IPA is light in body but big in hop aroma and flavor. This session IPA delivers a dose of citrusy and grapefruit hop character from the use of whole-cone American hops. There is no better way to start a lazy afternoon than with a group of friends and a few beers. Nooner IPA is a session beer thatís light in body yet big in hop flavor. By using intense, whole-cone American hops in our Hop Torpedo we pack this small beer with a hefty hop punch.

very citrus and missing the hops in this IPA from Sierra Nevada. I think nooner fits this one best because after youíve had this one around noon.... your going to want a real hoppy IPA by one. try it and see.

Review rated NC-17 I'm typically not the one to go for the "lay up" when it comes to obvious humor. But, when you name a beer "Nooner"... I'm going to come crashing through the sexual innuendo door like the kool aid man trying to get outta the rain. The consensus of our group... It goes down easy. It is great with a good piece of meat. You always have time for one. Your expectations are higher than the actual delivery. It's better at noon than at a confused 2am. The downside... You may need to brush your teeth after. So... Enjoy the beer. Again and again and again and again.... Until it's time for work. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light copper with an average white head. The aroma has some nice sweet malt and a moderate amount of cascade like hops, citrusy, floral, and a touch earthy. Nice body to this, with less bitterness than I expected. Nice easy drinker, but comes off like a pale ale.

Bottle from Kroger. Light pour with a big white head. Aroma is biscuits and grapefruit. Taste is a litter bitter, nice and light, fruit, and just little floral.

Very well done session IPA. Hop aroma is huge and pour is mild hazy light orange. Taste is well balanced for session strength with hops front and center. Finish is crisp and refreshing! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From bottle. Golden color. Aroma is floral, with light citrus and pine notes. Taste is lightly bitter citrus and several floral components. Very easy-drinking on a hot day and still fairly flavorful.

Could I choose this after plowing the field? Yes. Would I? Probably. A bit watery ipa. But good. Lower alcohol so I can keep plowing the fields. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle. Pours gold with a one finger white head and some minor lace. Good citrus hop aroma with a weak malt backbone. As advertised, plenty of citrus hop in the flavor. Malt is to the weak side, so not well balanced. A bit of bitter astringency near the end. Light bodied and dry. Bitter finish.

From a bottle out of a Sierra Nevada IPA 12 pack. The pour is a hazy very pale orange with a lot of fizz. There is a grapefruit hop characteristic yet this beer is maybe too much of a sessionable IPA or maybe this more a personal not what i like in a session IPA where I like more malt backbone than just a creamy grapefruit.

Iím not big on the idea of session beers in the first place, but I did just come home from jogging, this was cold in the fridge, seemed ideal for the situation. Sweet, watery, corn smell with faint hops. Not as bad as that sounds but not a robust smell, either. Medium straw color, lots of lace. Mildly sweet taste, small hops presence, little after taste. Best served as a cold beer on a hot day.
