Bomber. Pours a beautiful copper color with a huge fluffy off white head with serious lacing. Subtle aromas of pine, grapefruit, resin, and caramel. Taste follows suit with a pronounced piney bitterness up front. Medium body with a slightly dry bitter finish. Nicely balanced, and very drinkable. Now for the Southern Harvest.

Pours a deep amber color with a thick khaki head that stays and leaves lacing as you go. A nice fresh hoppy aroma, citrusy and floral. Taste is a bit subdued, with a bitter finish. Surprisingly smooth mouthfeel. Great beer

Iím currently rating every SN brew Iíve ever had in one clean sweep.
I grew up on the classic SN Pale having it around during high school, and since have watched SN grow into a national representation of incredible craft beer. Living 45 mins away is a treat for the random growler fill. Keep up the amazing work and thanks!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Copper with off white, thick foamy head. Aromatic spicy hop aroma. Not surprisingly, fresh hops dominate. Piney and spicy but don't overpower. Nice caramelly malt balance. Ends in a long bitter finish. Top notch IPA!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a deep copper-gold with decent head. Aroma is dominated by fresh, piney hops. Flavor is also full of fresh, pine hops with some citrus notes, coupled with a touch of malt sweetness. Full mouthfeel, with some stickiness. Finish is quite bitter. This is a very strong IPA.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle, 2013, pours red copper with small to medium non-lasting head. Notes of rye, malt, booze, shit, bitter hops, and caramel. This thing is brutal, no juiciness or anything to grab onto or enjoy. The kind of brew that will turn you off to craft beer for life.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear dark amber with massive cream topper. Pine cone nose, grass. Flavor has a heavy earthiness. Grass and more pine followed by quintessential wet hop resin. Would have enjoyed a slightly bigger citrus presence. Sticky. Long, dry bitter finish. A little underwhelming but a decent beer.
