Brewed using 65% wheat malt and 35% barley malt. This filtered wheat beer is light blonde in color, light bodied and has a wonderfully clean finish. This is a great choice for craft brew novices and beer aficionados alike.

Bottle from Sierra Nevada brewery. Clear, pale golden color, white head. Slightly sweet aroma with malts, wheat bread and grassy hops. Spicy hop flavor with fruity notes and white toast. Lemony finish. Medium-light body, medium carbonation. Maybe not worth carrying halfway across the world, but a decent beer.

A pretty simple beer. The flavor is light but not that wheaty. A very light beer.

Light beer great for hot days, but also does well with food. A go-to refreshing beer.

The beer to end all beers. Miss OG West so bad but the crystal is a second. My bestie brings it to me from the brewery cause he is the man.

Aroma is lemon zest tangy wheat. Appearance is crystal clear straw with frothy white head that retains very well. Taste is zesty lemon wheat with some herbal spicy lingering. Hop bitterness present and crisp... well balanced with mild sweet malt. Palate is light and crisp, lemon zest lingers on tongue with herbal hops. Overall a near perfect American Wheat with some fun tangy noble hopping.

12 oz. bottle purchased by Theydon_Bois at the Torpedo Room and shared at the Hyatt. Thanks again, Cloin! Pours a clear bright gold with a small white head that settles into an uneven film. Notes of herbs, straw, crackers, dusty grains, a hint of fruit, and grass. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a clean, quaffable mouthfeel. Nice, simple, easy drinker. Cans would be nice for pool/river/ocean-side.

355ml bottle server in a pint glass. Pous a clear pale yellow color forming a medium white head with low retention forming some soapy lacings in the glass. Sweet and biscuity nose. Notes of honey, wheat and grassy hops. Citrus notes. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Light notes of grapefruit and zest. Wheat and pale grains. Light body. Pale malts in the aftertaste. Good drinkability. Not bad...

Bottle shared during RBWG 2016 in the hotel room. Pours totally clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some grainy wheat, rindy citrus, hay. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of sugary wheat bread, orange, tangerine, grains, dirty hay, light pine. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, with more sugary wheat bread, citrusy hops, a little bitter grass, pine and hay.
