COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed using 65% wheat malt and 35% barley malt. This filtered wheat beer is light blonde in color, light bodied and has a wonderfully clean finish. This is a great choice for craft brew novices and beer aficionados alike.

Had on tap at the brewpub. Pours clear golden yellow with fine bubbles and slight head. A nice filtered wheat. Aroma has funky wheat smell with slight hint of citrus. A very drinkable wheat, this was a pleasant surprise. Flavors are not too strong, but wheat definitely stands out. Banana flavor is almost there, very weak with no spices. Perfect for a hot Chico day.

Sampled as part of a 6er. Poured light yellow with a big white head. A really nice drinking brew. During the big wheat movement, I enjoyed this one not being overally wheat.

Pours from the bottle a deep yellow/orange color with a modest white head and a lot of carbonation. Aroma has a pleasant combination of light wheat tartness with notes of peach, apple and light orange. Wheat hits first in the taste but overall is pretty light. A smooth peach, light apricot and orange flavor ramps up in the middle with just a touch of pine at the tail end. Body is a bit disappointing as the flavors thin it out a bit. Overall the flavor and the nose were good but the body took away a little from what could be a fantastic light beer.

A - pours clean light yellow with foamy white head. S - aromas of wheat and subtle floral and grassy hops. M - light and airy body with lively carbonation. T - interesting higher amount of hops for a simple wheat beer. O - overall good drinkable light summer beer. 5+/6-

Bottle from sierra Nevada. Very clear apple juice color pour with tiny white head. Light refreshing wheat brew with some wheat and bready notes.

12 oz bottle -

Found this at my local BevMo. Zero fanfare about this beer, so I figured..what the heck. Actually a nice, lawnmower beer that hit the spot this July 4th weekend. A clean aroma, light doughy-notes. An aggressive hop profile for a wheat beer. In fact, I got nearly no wheat notes, but did get some bran-cereal like flavors under the hops. Loved the hops, but pretty one-dimensional. Very refreshing.

Wow, zesty and crisp. Strong lemon flavor on top of some clean malt and muted yeast spiciness. Would love to give it a better aroma score, but it smells like nothing in the glass. Appearance could be argued is nice by style, but it looks like piss...with a nice head and lacing. Palate is solid and pretty good for a thinner beer. Interesting flavors and a decent drink. If I were to randomly give this a score it would be higher, but is just isn’t there by this scoring method.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours clear yellow with a white head. Obviously a filtered wheat beer. The aroma is nice with wheat and lemon. The flavor is lightly tart with some crackery malts and lemon with a strong bitter finish (for the style). Decent little wheat ale.
