3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance was a golden pale color with about 3 finger white head with both tight and large bubbles. Aroma has the Belgian yeast characteristics with lemon zest, pepper and prickly bear. Taste hits you up front with Belgian Flavors then with white grape and pear. It follows with a peppery bite. Mouthfeel has a light body with the prickly carbonation that could be predicted.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a 750ml bottle. The cork put a dent in my ceiling, but there is a warning. The fruity aroma from the yeast filled the room. The flavor was filled with fruits, soft caramel, pilsner malts, some berries. A tasty golden Belgian ale.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Dry sparkling wine aroma, slightly sweet taste, dry across the palate, with a wheat or toast finish. The high abv is not overbearing but contributes to the wine like experience. This is not my type of beer but and I honestly think that there is much better in this style.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A good golden Belgian. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a lot of head, but dissipates quickly. Smells of nectarines and cherries. Taste is similar, nectarine or apricot with a little bit of a boozy finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
From the caged, corked 750 ml. bottle. The label says open with care but the pop of the cork was fairly mild compared to some with plenty of carbonation smoke bursting from the top of the bottle. The color is golden yellow, a bit cloudy, and with a long lasting foamy white head. Aroma of pale malts, Belgian yeast, pear, and a low hop character. The body is full. The taste is sweeter than traditional abbey stongs with a slightly heightened dry hop bite on the rear Overall a nice creation from Sierra Nevada.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber. Pours a clear golden/yellow clear with a huge thick white head. Aroma is sweet, floral, and spicy. Tastes the same. Some nice yeasty sourness is present with the bottom swirl. Crisp, medium mouthfeel with above average carbonation. The alcohol (ABV 8.5%) is hidden well making this pretty easy to drink. An easy Belgian for my friend to try.

Nice pour with big thick white head. Citrus and spice combine for a great nose. The taste is similar but the alcohol is prevalent. Overall it is a good, tasty beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle. Pours a light golden with a decent white head that lasts. Lots of carbonation. Taste is of wood, fruit, yeast, raisins, grass and spice. Similar, but cleaner aroma. Has a nice body. The finish is a bit woody, slightly dry and a touch warming. Has a clean aftertaste. Easy to drink and quite enjoyable. One of the few bigger beers that I would pick up again.
