3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange pour with a white head. Nose of sweet orange, bread, banana, and white grapes. Some pepper, a touch of lemon zest, and yeast. The flavor is sweet up front with some dryness to the finish. Plenty of orange character, a bit of lemon, and some bread. Not much pepper, but some, and a yeasty finish.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
description says it all it is a bit hot and spicy with a light fresh orange sense about it. otherwise it is a nice Belgian Farmhouse ale with a bit more color to it. heat lingers longer than the tatse.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Corked bottle, same as everyone else. Poured a mostly dark orange color with a foamy white head. Aroma was some slightly tart citrus notes, spice notes. Flavor was pretty subdued pepper notes, with a mandarin orange note in the back. Not their strongest entry in this series, but still nice.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured in a snifter glass at Acadia in Mpls. Delicate aroma accompanied by an elegant golden color. An interesting saison that?s kind of like the girl who shows up to the party thinking she?s better than she really is. A subtle peppercorn flavor that helps the beer linger on the palette longer than most. Recommended beer from a brewery that typically let?s a person down.

From a 50 cl bottle shared with family. Pours an orange amber with a thin off white head. Bubble gum aroma. Peppery notes with only the slightest hint of orange. Mildly tart and bitter finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
~6 oz sample pour from the bottle at the Boulevard and Sierra Nevada Collaboration Dinner at Rye in Leawood, Kansas. The pour is orange copper, brown, with a small off white head. The aroma is slightly sweet bread malt, generic Saison yeast, faint citrus, and in the back a dry cracked pepper. The taste is a sweetly yeasty Saison, with a nice amount of mandarin orange flavor, and the black pepper spicing up and drying out the finish. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation, and a sweet, then dry pepper finish. Overall, nicely done, though a bit more sweet character than I like in my Saisons.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUN 20, 2013 Bottle... Poured amber orange with a thin forming eggy head. Aroma had orange and yeast spices. Big floral notes, citrus, orange, orange peel with fruity Estes and yeast spices. Mild bitterness, some sweetness but not much of a malt presence except for a wheaten note along with vanilla. Lemon zest, and a mild alcohol note along with some hopiness in the finish.
