Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Bottle at home. Pours a deep golden amber with a small last white head. Aroma is bready malts, citrus, slightly metalic. Taste is citrus, slight caramel, slight hay, pith, slight dry finish. Maybe it’s just me but I think this tastes different than it used to and reminds me a lot of a pils/lager lager these days.

Aroma of citrus and malts. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Classic but not excelent.

Aroma is full of classic US cascade, but the malt is there as well in a balanced ale. Colours of caramel. Long finish. Clear despite the bottle conditioning.

I’m not usually a fan of American ales, this one though I take my hat off too. I’d actually popped to the shop for a Belgian beer but there were none. I was eating ribs so American seemed right. This Ale is amazing, very complex hop flavours and the Aroma, well I think this is what heaven smells like, with floral, citrus scents but so much more. The Palate is the same, really complex with fresh citrus and grass with a lice bitter sweet finish. The Colour is nice too, orange like a blood moon. One I shall drink again.

Pours orange with thin white head. Hoppy aroma, light citric and floral. Taste is light sweet and bitter, well balanced. Light-medium body, soft carbonation, refreshing. Could drink this all day long.
