Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Strongly aromatic pale ale with a dark orange pour and medium white head. Spicy and citrusy with a slight bitter finish. Exceptionally clean taste and feel; Sierra Nevada seems to have a knack for producing beers without a single false note. A great ale for regular consumption.

Pale amber colour. Medium white head. Clear hoppy taste. A little yeast flavour. Fresh, fruity, spicy and smooth with segments of lime.

Light citrus hop aroma with a small white head. The light orange beer had little lacing in the bottle conditioned beer that I had. Light bitter grapefuit taste with a small finish not bad but not great beer.

Thanks Kevin! Pours a cloudy yellow body with minimal white head. Buring nose hops in the aroma, citrus. Huge citrus taste, slight sweetness up front. Lots of hops. Finish is bitter, with quite a bite to it. Nice!

Thanks Mustang3 for sharing! Pours a cloudy orangey yellow body. head is thin, white. Aromas are hoppy, citrus, bready. Nice. taste is sweet and bitter, hoppy, herbs, grassy. Good. FInish is bitter, nice bite. A great beer that is apparently very accessible everywhere else but here. Thanks Kevin!

Nice golden brown color with nice hops & grapefruit aroma. Love the sweetness and bitterness together in the initial flavor. Finish is a bit too floral for my taste, but this is a great APA. Truly a beer lovers beer, others just cringe and question your sanity.

UPDATED: JUL 13, 2007 My favorite beer. Nice amber color with a bit of yeast floating around (bottle conditioned). Decent head with good lacing. A perfect balance of malt and delicious cascade hops. Citrus and grapefruit notes throughout. This is one of the few beers that I try and suck the taste from the brew as it passes by my lips. If i could have only one beer the rest of my life, this would be it. It’s one of the few great beers you can find anywhere. From a grocery store to a gas station. Perfect .
