Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Well balanced taste between sweet and bitter. Faint malt taste acompanied by hops and a little fruit. Very crisp feel in the mouth and good carbonation.

Piękna bursztynowa barwa, piwo klarowne. Piana średnio-pęcherzykowa, szybko redukująca się do pierścienia. U mnie lacingu brak. W smaku przede wszystkim słodowe, w aromacie dodatkowo chmielowa owocowość. Goryczka średnia.

Can. Pours a clear golden with a large frothy head. Aroma of grassy hops, resin, pale malts and hints of caramel. Taste is light malty with a moderate bitterness. Well balanced. Some floral notes, faint resin and subtle caramel malts. Crisp mouthfeel with avg co2 levels. Highly drinkable.

Copenhagen 3/11 2014. 35 cl bottle from Føtex. Pours clear gold with small white head. Dissolves into thin lacing. Aroma with notes of fruits - lemon and peach. Medium strong carbonation. Taste follows the nose. Fruity and classic American pale ale. Fruity sweetness balanced with hoppy bitterness. Not as bitter as expected. Quite enjoyable.

Pours orange Amber with decent head. Smells hops and cinnamon. Feel is light with low carbonation. Raw plain bitter taste with some citrus flavor and forced spices. Various flavors doesn't seem to blend well together. Overall gives me a feeling of forced fit. Didn't enjoy this one much. I really love hops but this one doesn't have the character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thick head, very fizzy, amber color. Smell is fresh pine hops. Very balanced, smooth and savory character ending with bright floral hop notes. It’s a classic for a reason.

Small white head dissipated quickly to fine sparse layer over clear reddish gold. Subtle aroma is sweet and bready. Flavour full but straight talking malt and slightly floral hop. Dry lightly bitter finish.

Bottled. Appears slightly darkish amber body with a proper foamy head. Aroma not very intensive - clearly made of hops, some grass and herbs, a little of citruses. Rather medium bitterness, fresh and well balanced. Slightly sweet in the begining, then transformates in very fuzzy and lively corbonated ale body and finishes with born right to the end bitterness, finish medium. Classic pale ale.

355ml bottle into glass. Surprisingly malty nose. Dark amber beer with two finger white head. Tiny bubbles. Zingy bitter taste with lasting finish. There’s a slight undercurrent of toasted malt in there. Interesting, I thought this would be much hoppier. Still good though.

Still the best pale ale I’ve ever had. Malty but not overly sweet and citrusy up front with just enough of a spicy and earthy finish. More bitterness than an English style pale ale but also far from a hop bomb. Clean finish, sip after sip. Try it smutty, a little different but still a treat.
