Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Pours a clear golden color with a bubbly white head. Lots of carbonation. Floral and pine hops on the nose with some malt and a bit of grapefruit. Sweet malt to start on the taste that finishes quickly with some dry hops. Medium body. Good pale.

Would love to try this on draft in a northern Californian mountain town. I prefer the Torpedo IPA but it’s hardly a session beer. The standard pale ale (this one) will be a fine replacement. Cascade hops kicking ass!

0,3l Flasche. Goldorangenes Bier mit herrlich weißer Schaumkrone. Riecht nach Früchten. Schmeckt nach reifen Früchten und Malz, nach hinten hin angenehm bitter.

An enjoyable hoppy beer hailing from northern california. Gives you the chill and outdoorsy vibe like the Sierras with indeed the finest quality and purest ingredients. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is a solid go to beer. It’s very simple and straight forward. Lots of hop aroma great malt balance. It has nice soft fruits and nothing too overpowering for people who aren’t crazy about hop forward beers but still like good flavor and want something more than just a lager. SN is always making consistently good beers and this is their best one hands down. It’s super easy to get like literally anywhere so if you’re in dire straits and need a good beer with quality craftsmanship and taste this is it. Plus drinking a sixer will get you good to go!

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pleasing floral and citrus aromas hit the nose with a spicy pine note. Some of the undertones include toast and caramel. It pours a clear, oily orange - amber color and is topped by an orange - yellow, puffy head. A thin ring remains with a wispy surface coverage. It also leaves a moderate amount of puffy lace. The taste is a nicely balanced medium, yet sharp, bitterness, with a mellow, syrupy medium sweetness. The texture is oily with a medium full body and a good amount of creamy, soft carbonation. It finishes dry with flavors of caramel, orange, grapefruit, and pine. Spicy pine and citrus zest linger for a short while in the moderate strength aftertaste.
