Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

330ml bottle. Pours clear copper with a small off-white head. Mild citric aroma. Soft malt flavours with orange peel and sour apple. Plenty of hops and a robust bitterness to match. Perhaps a very mild pine flavour also. My only real criticism is that it’s over-carbonated, so not one to have after a large meal but very nice in all other respects.

Dourado escuro com boa formação de espuma mas não duradoura. Aromas maltados, leve cítrico. Amargor com sabor herbáceo. Boa carbonatação com final seco.

Bomber from ABC Stores in Waikiki. Ever so slightly cloudy with a brilliant amber glow. Aroma has grassy hops with honey malts. Very carbonated, nice full mouth bitterness.

Bottle (12oz $1.30) Golden with small white head. Aroma seems slightly off, a little funky like a Belgian but much less so? Any way taste is good. Drry and slightly bitter in the finish. Would never refuse this beer, but not a "regular" either. Good. This was my introduction to craft beer many years ago.

Good staple beer, a good pine taste to it, and addition it has a slight citrus flavor as well. Not my favorite from Sierra Nevada but a good one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden colour, not too pale, slightly hazy. Very sparse head, little retention. Not too intense hoppy aroma with a touch of honey. Balanced hops in the taste, which kick-in all the way to the back of the mouth and stay there. Strong carbonation with little bubbles.

355ml bottle. Clear amber with small aerated white head. Not a strong aroma but has some honey, pine and fresh bread. Honey, pine and bread in the taste as well, with some accompanying light lemon zest as well. Dry and bitter finish. Not bad but I would love to try this fresh in the US as I think it may have suffered during the shipping to Australia.

Pours amber with nice head. Nice balance of malt and hops with a bit more on the hoppy side (citrus, pine). Medium bitterness for everyday.
