Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

330 ml bottle from Järve Selver. Pours nice, slightly hazy golden with a little head. Aroma has a bit of fruitiness, floral hops. I guess it has gone a bit stale compared with what it should be closer to bottling date - but it’s still good. Taste has abundance of bitter hops, strong malt backbone balanced with heavy hops. Not much of carbonation left. Doesn’t have much fragrance though, quite down the earth drink. Has some lingering bitterness at the end. Good beer, not too pretentious and a great example of the style. Will try it again, especially when I get it closer to the brewery, not the half a world away as I am trying it right now.

Bottle from De Hopduvel. Cloudy golden colour, white foam. Aroma of citrus. Clean taste. Dry and bitter finish. Easy drinkable, not much flavour. Ok.

Bottle. Clear amber gold. Pine and citrus aroma. The taste follows perfect bitterness. An excellent go-to fridge brew and a classic in every way. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Light copper with a frothy white head. Aroma is caramel, pear and grass with some herbal notes mixed in. Taste follows and adds a grainy malt character. Medium creamy mouthfeel with high carb. Very refreshing and great balance.

I have not had one of these in years but use to really like them. Wow, so crisp and refreshing but full of hoppy pale ale flavor.

From 0,350l bottle, BBD: 30/05/15. Poours hazy golden liquid, plenty of small particles, big white frothy head, Aroma: hopy, citrus, floral, biscuit, Taste: light to medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, dry, citrus and biscuit, lot of hops Palate: medium body, thick dry texture, average carbonation, long bitter finish, Overall: good, but not what I expected. Perhaps due to the transport conditions thru all the distributors from US to SK.

Slightly hoppy smell, taste is a touch of hops with a little bit of pepper, not a bad beer, but not my thing

Clear, light amber with a thin white head. Fruity aroma, not overly hoppy. Nice flavor, smooth for an ale, and not very bitter. Not bad.
