Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Bottiglia. Corpo leggero e media carbonatazione. Birra davvero godibile e ben fatta.

Bottle at home. Pours a nice golden colour with a thin head. Nice aroma: hoppy, pine resin and citrus fruit. Taste is sweet, smooth and rich, then nicely dry and bitter. More juicy malt, tangy hop and a dry, peppery finish. Nice.

Really good beer. A little big for a pale ale. Nice hoppy aroma. Pretty malty for pale but the malts were nice and pleasant even though. Great brew

Bottle from the LCBO. Poured intoa shaker, hazy gold with a 1-inch head. Hops forward on the nose, piney and fruity. A bit sweet on the tongue for my tastes. Nicely carbonated, with a clean hoppy finish that demands another sip pronto. Tasty.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Amber body with a white head. Dominating notes of hops, great bitterness. Some notes of oak in the side.

Flimsy foam which immediately gives room to the release of a fresh fruit aroma with notes of malt and light hop. The flavor is very fresh of both honey, citrus and a little nuts. This is certainly a pale ale that is among the best of its kind. Typically brash American hop bitterness.
