Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Amber color with little head. Maybe the barkeep didn't know how to pour this beer. Aroma of biscuit and cascade. Taste was fairly smooth with a hoppy finish. The benchmark pale? I'll have to have a few others to decide. Isn't beer drinking wonderful!!

12 oz bottle. It pours a pale amber color with a small white, quickly fading head. It has a bready malt aroma, a resin and grapefruit aroma, and a little pine aroma. This beer is wonderfully balanced. The malt and hop flavors go together wonderfully. I taste pine and bread, with a little floral and some resin. I really like this beer. I was very surprised that I had not rated it.

Perfectly balanced pale ale. Old reliable. Many times I scan the offerings and end up taking home a six pack of this fine ale and am never disappointed.

Light amber pour with a white head. Small clumps of yeast floating around from bottle conditioning. Light caramel and floral hop aroma. Flavors of caramel, a hint of pine, and an assertive hop bitterness to finish.

Benchmark American Pale Ale. Out of the bottle, poured a beautiful deep copper colour with slight haze from bottle conditioning, and with a creamy persistent head. I got aromas of grapefruit citrus, orange peel, pine, and wildflower honey. Moderate caramel malt, moderate hops with lingering bitterness. Very well balance. Creamy, refreshing. Excellent.

Piwo klarowne w kolorze bursztynowym z obfita biala piana. Sa cytrusy, troche przypraw i nuty zywiczne. Czuc tez kwiaty i troche karmelu. Goryczka i wysycenie na srednim poziomie. Raczej wytrawne i słodowe w odbiorze. Przyjemnie sie pije ale nie powala.

Bottle at The North Camp, Farnborough. 16/08/16. Zilch aroma. Deep amber. Flat. Bright wide head which soon dies away. Smooth. Frothy. Sharp bitternes, but not overly so. Underlying sweetness. Decent.

Pours a light copper color. Very bubbly. Somewhat hazy. Good thick two finger white head. Okay retention, good lacing.

Aroma is medium roasted malt. Light spicy hops. Light pepper, light pine. Smells nice.

Taste is roasted grains. Somewhat sweet. Lightly bitter. Light pine, slightly spicy. This is essentially the same as the nose. Good flavors, but everything is light.

Mouthfeel is medium full bodied. Very smooth. Easy to drink.

Overall, its good. Solid pale ale. Smooth, low bitterness. Its a winner. I would recommend it, and I would buy it again.
