Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

A good pale ale that you can always find even in the crappiest of beer stores. Not amazing, but a good beer.

Ah yes. The first real craft beer I tried over 12 years ago. I can’t believe I have not reviewed it yet. Bottle poured into a pub glass. The beer pours a mostly clear orange gold with an inch or so of off white head that shrinks and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is fresh cut grass, pine, and some light bread/malty smells. First sip is immediately quenching. Juicy citrus fruit up front. Orange and lemon for sure, there is also pineapple and some more tropical flavors as it develops. There is a solid caramel malt in the back that mixes well with the hop additions. The palate segment of this beer is perfect. It’s quenching every sip, and sticks to your mouth without leaving any off flavors. It’s just a perfect, sessionable pale ale for any occasion. I can’t believe I keep overlooking it for new beers. It needs to make it’s way back into my rotation.

Bottle from SB Kållered. Pours about one finger of head. Nose is neutral but with a hint of citrus. Taste is balanced, very good.

Light amber beer, nice medium creamy head. Very balanced, with some great hoppiness and a pleasant mild bitterness. Me gusta.

Perfecta!

Really nice american pale ale. Piney-citrus aroma with some malty notes. Nice, well-balanced taste.

Amber color with medium white head. Floral aroma with citrus hint. Balanced sweet and bitter body, and a little bit more bitterness in the end.

How have I never rated this? From the bottle into a Sierra Nevada shaker glass. Medium amber color with a cream-colored head. Aroma of bready and caramel malt and floral hops. Flavor matches the aroma well with light sweetness and a nice hoppy finish. Medium bodied with mild astringent. A classic that’s always good and a common go to at restaurants

Rinfrescante American Pale Ale. Dal colore ambrato chiaro, limpido. Schiuma lievemente giallognolo crema, abbastanza fitta, abbondante e persistente. Leggero acidulo e mieloso. Carbonizzazione media. Corpo tra leggero e medio. Bevibilissima e molto dissetante.
