Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

amber color with nice head, medium body, slightly sweet, moderately hoppy, well balanced and smooth, just an all around great beer. This is the one that broke the mold of the macro’s and put out a great craft brew for all to enjoy.

350ml bottle. Opened this bottle with greta anticipation and expectaion and it certailnly did not disappoint with it’s deep orange colour and dense off white head that invites you to dive right in and take a drink. Aromas of citrus and floral hops burst through and it smells as good as it looks. Great flavour with a sweet mild bitterness that rolls around in the mouth.

Pours a golden amber color with a thin head. Tastes of hops and spice. A really solid Pale Ale that seems to be widely available.

A wonderful craft brewery response to the dreadful American mass produced beers. Pours a lovely pale copper, nice hoppy nose, glorious hop flavour and lingering aftertaste. Very well balanced but slightly gassy in bottle and hence a little too acidic for perfection; would probably improve immeasurably if served on a handpump when I suspect it would be one of the world’s great beers. Still really excellent.

Bottled 350ml. It pours a clear pale amber beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is wonderful with a fantastic hop profile. Sweat, pineapple, lemon peel, wild strawberries, blood orange, grapefruit, a huge amount of rose and white grapes showing up. Excellent taste. Very nicely balanced. Long dry hoppy finish which is surprisingly grassy. I reveled in every sip. Additional comment: Fantastic!
